Just Back . . . It was a phenomenal trip. A 10+++. Congratulations on doing such a spectacular job for us. We cannot thank you enough. The guides in Vietnam were wonderful, knowledgeable, articulate, and friendly. As a matter of fact, our guide in Hanoi invited us back to her home where we met her children and her family. Everywhere we went, we felt more like friends than clients. The hotels were terrific. We were treated like royalty.

We rode through rivers, walked thru temples, saw monks ordained, were 'blessed' by monks, rode elephants, had dinner in a rice field, took cooking classes, walked the great wall of China...it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so very much for a memorable 25th anniversary. Just a note to thank you for such an amazing Morocco trip, we really loved it. We travel a lot and this trip was up there in the “best trips we have ever taken” category. Our guide was great. We learned a lot and we saw things most tourists don't see. Our Turkey trip was wonderful. We learned so much from our guides. They were very knowledgeable and of great help with the language barrier. The hotels were beautiful, attentive and very personal. We had an excellent experience in Thailand and Cambodia. The hotels, guides, and services were all to be recommended. I would say the highlight of the trip for us was Cambodia. Imagine our delight when, after a long and dusty day out touring the ruins, we came back to our room every evening to find that someone had run a relaxing bath for us...with lotus blossoms floating in the water, candles lit and soothing music playing on the CD. I really cannot say enough positive things about the whole experience. All of the clients we recently booked through Artisans of Leisure are raving about how wonderful their trips were. We most enjoyed having a private driver-guide to drive us to each destination, and not having to plan anything. The guide was unbelievable and gets an “11” out of a possible “10.” He knew everything, allowed us to stop at any places of interest to us, and made recommendations for sites and restaurants that were the highlights of our trip. The accommodations you booked were excellent.
Our room at the George V in Paris was amazing! We stayed there last year and Artisans’ booking was much better than what we were given when we booked ourselves as far as room size and amenities. A quick note from Thailand to let you know what a great time we’re having. Today we trained as elephant mahouts and then recovered in the spa. The resorts are wonderful. Elegant, but casual. Everything has been top notch. We wanted to tell you how absolutely superb our China trip was. Really, the trip of a life time and everything you promised. Every guide was wonderful and you were absolutely right about the rooms. The Peninsula in Hong Kong might be my favorite hotel of all time...our suite was beyond perfection...even the bathroom had a brilliant Harbor view. The tour of the hutongs was spectacular....we went to a "kindergarten," and into the home of this lovely couple...with a pet cricket and all. The people singing and playing instruments at the Temple of Heaven will stay with us forever....We are still getting our packages in the mail....one just arrived from the pottery shop you recommended...so we relive the experience each time. We really can't wait to plan our next adventure with you! The Southeast Asia trip was outstanding. You guys did an excellent job. We enjoyed the Vietnam trip immensely. The guides, hotels and drivers were terrific. Everyone provided personal attention and great support. Thank you for a wonderful trip!
