Begin with three nights at a luxurious, secluded beach resort on the Musandam Peninsula. During ample free time, relax around your private pool or walk along the beach. One day, enjoy a private excursion to Jebel Harim, or take a private dhow cruise along the coast.

Continue to Dubai for two nights. Enjoy private city touring that is flexible, sophisticated and tailored to your interests. Tour important cultural attractions such as tile-covered mosques, the Dubai Museum and the Bastakiya Quarter. Travel by abra (water taxi) across Dubai Creek. Browse the spice and gold souks. See traditional architecture in residential neighborhoods. Visit local art galleries and specialty shops, including one of Dubai’s legendary malls. If desired, opt to stay at the world famous Burj Al Arab hotel or simply stop by for a drink or meal.

Next, travel into the Arabian Desert to spend two nights at a luxurious resort surrounded by red sand dunes and palm trees, and enjoy activities according to your interests. Options include camel and horseback rides through the desert, nature walks, traditional sports such as falconry and archery, thrilling four-wheel-drive tours through the sand dunes, and spa treatments.

Next, visit the lovely oasis of Al Ain. Tour lively markets, notable forts and museums, and enjoy views of beautiful mountains and the cool shade of irrigated date palm groves. Continue through the desert to Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE. Visit Abu Dhabi’s most interesting cultural sights, such as the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Al Hosn Palace, the Cultural Foundation, Heritage Village and Emirates Palace. See local women creating traditional handicrafts, such as embroidery and woven textiles, and watch traditional wooden boats being built at the Dhow Yard.
