Beijing

• Spend several days exploring the fascinating, historical city that is Beijing.
  
  
• Indulge in upscale restaurants and shopping districts.
  
  
• Explore the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, the Temple of Heaven, local markets, and the traditional residential districts (hutongs).
  
  
• Take an excursion to a remote section of the Great Wall.

• Fly to Xian for a day spent viewing the famed Terracotta Soldiers and visiting the superb Shaanxi Provincial Museum.
  
  
• Continue to Guilin to view China's most breathtaking scenery as you cruise the Li River, followed by several hours spent visiting local villages in Yangshuo.

Day 01	Arrive Beijing Arrival transfer to Grand Hyatt Beijing for 4 nights.
Day 02	Beijing Private city touring, including Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace, Night Markets. (B)
Day 03	Great Wall Excursion to Simatai section of Great Wall. Balance of day at leisure in Beijing. (B)
Day 04	Beijing Continue city touring. Visit Temple of Heaven, take a rickshaw ride through Beijing's cobblestone lanes (hutongs), flexible browsing at food markets, antique districts, and Liu Li Chang (B)
Day 05	Beijing - Xian Morning flight to Xian to Hyatt Regency for overnight. Visit Terracotta Soldiers, Big & Small Goose Pagodas, Muslim Quarter, and city sights. Dumpling banquet for dinner. (B,D)
Day 06	Xian - Guilin Visit Shaanxi Provincial Museum before flying to Guilin for 2 nights. Afternoon visit to Reed Flute Cave. (B)
Day 07	Yangshuo Morning boat ride on Li River Cruise to Yangshuo. Afternoon touring villages near Yangshuo. Drive back to Guilin late afternoon. (B)
Day 08	Guilin- Shanghai Transfer and flight to Shanghai for two nights at the Four Seasons Shanghai. (B)
Day 09	Shanghai City touring, including People's Square, Yu Yuan Garden, The Bund, Shanghai Museum, and the French Concession. (B)
Day 10	Depart Shanghai At leisure until airport transfer. (B)
